I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
SmartStartKidz LLC is in no way responsible for any customs or import charges, nor for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect addresses. However, if you have a question about your order, contact us at support@smartstartkidz.com and we’ll assist as much as possible to trace missing parcels or investigate delayed packages.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times to the United States: 7-14 Business days
- Average transit times to Canada: 7 – 14 Business days
- Average transit times to the United Kingdom: 7 – 14 Business days
- Average transit times to Australia: 8-15 Business days
- Average transit times to New Zealand: 8-15 Business days

We are offering tracked and insured shipping for all orders.
Shipping time: After processing, Your Item/s will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days
Once you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. (please check your junk or spam mail if you didn't receive it). Order updates will be sent via email so please check it frequently.
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issues are the shipping company's responsibility.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order within 1-3 days after you receive your order confirmation email. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it to apply the cancellation. If the item has already shipped, or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
